How To Apply

You must submit a fully completed application form to the NMRU at the address below:

Once your application form is approved the NMRU will register you under the Scheme and will send you a claim form to enable you to claim for reimbursement for your first period under the Scheme.

We recommend that you keep a copy of the completed application form in case of queries.
